The [ADVENTure] That Is Hope

My hope this Advent is that things get better...

Better for friends who have had too much tumult and too many losses these past few months.

Better for those struggling with addiction and mental illness and a combination of the two.

Better for those who spend more time worrying about finances than being hopeful for the future.

Better for those who don't feel like they have or they give or they are enough. 

Better for the least of these, the stranger, the outcast, the other, those of us who don't feel like we truly belong.

My hope is that others can feel the hope that I feel and live on a daily basis. The hope that comes with dreams realized, promises fulfilled, love shared. The hope that comes this season of Advent.
