Austen makes dinner for our family once a week. They are the one who loves to cook, is fearless in trying to make new things, and always makes incredibly delicious dishes.

Last week, they made a ramen bar which included gluten free ramen noodles and a bunch of different toppings. And they made tuna onigiri. And two different broths, one of which was super spicy. 

I loaded toppings onto my noodles and climbed under the covers of my bed to relax and enjoy. The combination of regular and spicy broths brought just the right balance to the dish as I savored every bite. 

I don't know what it is, but for me, there's something cozy about curling up in bed with a bowl of noods and a good book or a good movie.
