We bought black and white curtains for the windows near Onyx's bed. Previously, they just had flags as window coverings. They decided they wanted to keep the flags in the windows, but also have the curtains, so we put the flags on the window side and the curtains out to the room. The moment we saw the beautiful effect of combining the two, we were stunned.

Sometimes things turn out better than you could have ever imagined.
