I had a long list of things to do. More than I had time for in my day. Nevertheless, I sat at the table, chatting with my children, doodling on a led "tablet" toy my "kids" - you know, the teens and young adults - had to have after "testing out" the ones I got for refugee kids a few months ago.

It was good to sit, chat, and doodle and to be ok with doing just that. At one point in my life, I may have seen that as wasting time, but now I see it as time well spent.
