To Laugh [ADVENTure Seventeen]

With a busy day ahead of me, I was a bit flustered this morning. I couldn't find something I needed for a meeting, was running late, and had a migraine to boot. When my children gathered themselves to choose today's Advent tag before we headed out the door, I admit just wanting to skip it for the day. I wasn't in the mood to add another drop to my already overflowing cup. 

When the tag was read, my thirteen year old, Coren, answered immediately.

Name one 'Christmassy' thing you never eat. 

"A Christmas tree!"

Immediate laughter bubbled forth from the core of my being, changing my mood in an instant. Just what I needed at that exact moment to change the rest of my day for the better.
