[reason 198] twenty-three

I don't know what it is, but when Mal and I hang out together, we get up to all sorts of shenanigans. Whether it's incorporating a cheese grater into a church group logo or purchasing animal head masks at the thrift store or testing out every drawer in Ikea and fridge in Home Depot, we always get up to something. 

I love spending time with Mal. We have great conversations, discussing the serious to the ridiculous. We come up with fantastic ideas (and immediately forget them). We seek out good food, see movies based on nothing more than the fact that an actor we like is in the movie, and get popcorn on the way out of the theater to enjoy on our way to our next adventure. We do goofy things like take photos of each other on our outings and saving them as each others' contact photo in our phones. 

Mal is one of the kindest people I know. When a friend was unsafe and needed a place to stay, they invited them to stay here and then asked if it was ok. She knows that we trust her judgement and our home is a landing place for whomever needs it. 

Mal is also intelligent, creative, loving, authentic, thoughtful, generous, passionate, sensitive, resourceful, artistic, adventurous, warm-hearted, beautiful, talented, brilliant, fun, strong, generous, humorous, imaginative, silly, and quick-witted. All things I love about her and I hope she loves about herself.
