[reason 309] dinner plans

 

It isn't often that Jim and I say to our kids, "You're on your own tonight. We have dinner plans." But we did just that tonight. 

We met my parents for dinner at one of our favorite restaurants,  Maggie McFly's. That particular Maggie's holds great memories for myself and my family.  My sister and I announced pregnancies there, I nursed in public for the first time there, and we've celebrated many an occasion there. It's one of my favorite places, one filled with laughter and memories. It was wonderful getting to spend time with my parents in a space that holds so much of our history.
