After Talking Turkey, Austen made the turkey. And then Onyx took the turkey to Camp Calumet on a bus with other Calumet teens and young adults. The turkey was then used as a prop in Calumet's production of A Christmas Carol.

In the week leading up to the turkey's journey to Calumet, I'd ask Austen if they were busy and they'd comment that they were making a turkey or blow drying the turkey or painting the turkey and would be available soon.

Just normal conversation in the Steyer household.
