We are doing a lot of work on our house, and one of the things we did recently was to paint the red wall purple. When I took a photo of the newly painted purple wall to show a friend, I got confused, as all I had was a photo of the red wall. Then I realized that I didn't take a before photo of that section of wall, so the picture was actually of the purple wall. The only before type photo I took was right before painting the remaining portion of red wall, as pictured below - next to the purple paint. 

These photos were taken one after the other. Everything is purple except the patch of red on the left in the bottom photo. Perhaps I'll try again in the morning.
