We will had plenty of time before the appointments, so we stopped for a treat. The trio wanted to sit outside, so they grabbed long-sleeved garments they had just purchased to bolster them against the chilly day and we sat, ever so briefly, outdoors. At just the same moment, two of us decided to abandon ship and announced such as we headed to the van, where it was much less windy and plenty warmer.
