For Christmas, we gifted my Dad (and my husband) a wine tasting and lunch at a winery and my Mom (and I) lunch out after dropping them off. Immediately upon looking at the menu, Mom focused on the Irish Onion Soup. It was quickly and miraculously decided that that would be her lunch. 

She quite enjoyed her soup, despite the amount of time spent battling the generous amount of cheese therewithin.
