[new] food plan

 


Due to trigeminal neuralgia, I'm having issues eating many foods. Some days, if I can't drink it, I can't have it. Other days, mashed potatoes, eggs, and/or risotto are the best that I can do. 

These days, I have overnight oats for breakfast, a protein shake or one of the above for lunch, and the same for dinner. My goal is to come up with a more expansive menu for myself and to find time to do so!
