[reason 166] taking time

We had places to be, but we had time. We had time enough to stop and admire the toad and escort him to a safer place with less likelihood of getting trampled.

Except for medical appointments, we seem to be living life in a we'll get there when we're meant to get there kind of way. We give a general idea - within an hour of a specific time -  of when we'll arrive at my parents' or at the hospital for a visit or at another place where the time we arrive can have some play. We usually leave with plenty of time to get where were going "on time," but leaving leeway for traffic and side quests and toads.

It's nice to not be rushed - and to be able to take the time to admire nature.
