[reason 167] salt and pepper
It began with tiny salt and pepper shakers that I intended to fill and bring to camp. Then there was the discovery of the myriad salt packets - and not nearly as many pepper packets - in my purse and Onyx's backpack. We'd tend to pick up a few whenever and wherever available and shove them in our bags.
We easily filled the salt container, but the pepper container looked pitiful.
A few weeks went by. We picked up some more pepper packets from various places. And more. And, well, Onyx may have gone a little overboard grabbing pepper for their fries or their pineapple or their lemonade. If anyone saw the child with a container of pineapple and a handful of pepper packets, they must have been incredibly confused.
Now we have enough pepper, but I somehow don't think that's going to thwart Onyx's grabbing of a few extra packets here and there.
I keep chasing hot sauce packets. The wife says I have to stop.
