[reason 84] so much soup

The first time I made the soup, I tripled the recipe due to the store only having three pound bags of sweet potatoes when the recipe called for one pound. This time, the store I went to only had two pound bags, and seeing as the massive amount of soup I made last time was consumed so efficiently, I purchased four pounds of sweet potatoes, forcing me to quadruple the recipe. To that I added more than a jar of peanut butter, a gallon of vegetable broth, so much onion and garlic and jalapeno and spices, and the list goes on. At one point I wasn't sure it was going to fit in this huge pot. 

So. much. soup. And I'm sure it will be gone in a matter of days.
