Repurposing [Adventure]

In our house, we sometimes use furniture for its designed purpose. Often we don't. 

We have a kitchen island tv stand and use barstools as little tables. A tall round basket filled with extra blankets and topped with a lazy susan serves as a table for our mini gay Christmas tree. We use the third row seat from a minivan as a couch. A picnic basket holds medical supplies. 

My latest repurposing of a piece of furniture is my paint rack. I do a lot of painting in the comfort of my bed, but always have to lug all my supplies across the room. Now, they're at my bedside. I made shelves out of fabric and now have easy access to paints, pain pens, paintbrushes, and other necessities.
