[reason 245] domenic and vinnie

I grew up eating Domenic's Pizza in Waterbury, CT. 

I have many memories of my Nanna slowly working her way through two or three more slices, sliver by sliver, announcing she was having just a little more and then she was done each time.

We went there the Father's Day I knew I was pregnant with our firstborn, but we hadn't told anyone yet.

I didn't eat there for years because I was diagnosed with celiac. But now they offer gluten free pizza. And they did their best to avoid cross contamination. And it was delicious. And I didn't have a reaction. And I have a feeling like it's going to become a monthly meal with my parents!
