[a moment] with a scarecrow

We were playing Dungeons and Dragons and our adventuring party came upon a scarecrow. For some reason the image of a scarecrow that sprang to mind was Spud, the scarecrow from Bob the Builder. My youngest child is fourteen years old. We haven't watched Bob the Builder in over a decade. I mentioned this to the group and Austen and I were nearly falling out of our chairs laughing. 

Needless to say, this was not quite the type of scarecrow the DM had in mind.
