I had an idea. It sounded so good in my head and would allow me to make a costume for the Renaissance Faire on the cheap. 

Did I think the idea through? No.

Do I need to paint a kajillion fabric feathers on this feather fabric to possibly make it work? Yes. 

If you need me, I'll be under a bunch of fabric.
