We got a new game. It's called Ransom Notes and it's brilliant and fun and highly entertaining. 

The concept of the game is that everyone grabs an assortment of random magnetic words and uses some of them to compose something funny or creative or horrible in response to what is on the chosen card. 

Some of my favorites from our first night of playing this game are as follows...

Describe a hippopotamus:

wrinkly chunk horror

mean animal with amazing bite
avoid

Summarize the existence of men:

sex           beer

money     sleep

Write a song that teaches children self esteem:

no cry my child
they misjudge
roar as top soldier
go lead own company
