The time on the door said they opened at 11:30AM. When we entered, they told us they didn't officially open until noon, but we were welcome to grab a table, order beverages, and take our time perusing the menu, since it clearly said they should be open on their door.

We had the restaurant to ourselves.

We relaxed, perused the menu, chatted, and enjoyed beverages and chips and salsa. 

And I was actually able to relax and enjoy myself with minimal worries of possible covid exposure. It was us and one employee in the entire "front" of the restaurant. 

We ordered our food shortly before the restaurant officially opened. A few minutes after they opened, a couple other patrons entered, but sat in a different section of the restaurant, far from us. 

With covid numbers on the rise, it may be a while before I get to go out to eat again, depending on how high they go. That is, unless we get get away with arriving early again!
