[reason 125] banana bread

I hadn't had banana bread in years. There are people in our house that are allergic to bananas, so I just didn't buy them. And then two of my kids went on a banana kick, so a weekly banana buying excursion was in order. Then someone mentioned banana bread one evening as I was getting ready for bed, and the next morning I just couldn't not bake a loaf of gluten free banana bread. And then I couldn't not put butter and a little cream cheese on it.
