[reason 119] spring cleaning

One of our favorite Springtime activities is to go to Camp Calumet in New Hampshire and help get the camp ready for Summer guests. This year Onyx and I were in charge of cleaning Johnson Hall, where the resident campers eat all their meals. 

We were a team of two, which worked well for us - we could safely take off our masks and work at our own pace. 

Onyx spent most of the day vacuuming up the remainders of squirrel nests and squirrel snacks. We found out they like Werther's Originals...

and McDonalds sweet & sour sauce.

I spent the day sweeping and wiping down tables and counters and cleaning at least twenty seven bajillion chairs from top to bottom. And sweeping some more. 

We were exhausted at the end of the day, but it felt nice to help out, to put in a full day's work, and to hang out with this amazing kid all day.
