[reason 101] Easter food
Our Easter meal began with fruits (and mascarpone fruit dip), vegetables (and hummus and ranch dip), nuts, pepperoni, hardboiled eggs, crackers, and cheeses.
Then, as requested, there were pancakes, and lasagna, and ham and pineapple.
Then, of course, we had coffee and cookies and cheesecake.
Such a blessing to be able to share this meal with both of my parents, my husband, and all five of our children.
(Although it would have been even better with my bestie and my sister and family!)
