[Nevertheless] Thank You

There are some things that people do for you for which a simple, or even an elaborate, thank you could never be sufficient. Gratitude for these life-altering, for the better, peace of mind yielding gifts is beyond anything words could ever attempt to express. 

What do you do? What do you say? How can you possibly explain the relief, the tears of joy, the weight lifted, the freedom from worry given?

My in-laws gave us a gift beyond anything we could ever expect from anyone. More than financial assistance, it was the gift of security, of hope, of a chance to catch up  and perhaps even get ahead. The gift of home. Home, with all the goodness, love, comfort, and warmth that word encompasses.
