I've had a lot of online meetings lately. While I'm listening to others speak, it helps me concentrate better if I doodle while they talk. I take notes as well, but actually retain more of what I hear when drawing, not notetaking. 

I never know where my doodles are going to take me, but in the moment they just seem to flow out of my pen.
